In the most basic sense, Halto is a cushion that protects your neck from the pain and discomfort of carrying your puppies around all day. It’s actually far more scientific than that, and is a product of years of trialling and development. A Halto effectively redistributes weight with its hard top layer, and cushions with its soft under-layer. Small, but incredibly effective!

As long as your halter neck is a tie-strap (or can be detached and fed through the holes), then yes.

Your Halto can actually be worn with any halter neck garment with tie-straps (including dresses and tops!). It can be our little secret, shhh!

A Halto is fully UV and water-resistant, and can withstand a lot of wear and tear before it needs to be replaced. It really depends on how much you plan to use it. It’s a bit like asking how long will your flip-flops last for. Hard to say, but long enough not to worry too much about it.

Currently Halto comes as a twin pack in black and white only, but we are not ruling out additional colours in the future.

Whose skin colour? With a rainbow of wonderful ‘skin-tones’ to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one!

If Halto is not for you, we’d love to know why and will be happy to refund your purchase. We constantly strive to ensure we create the most effective product and if an improvement needs to be made, we would like to know about it. Plus, we get to chat to you, which is always nice.

Halto is made from TPE and PPE, so is suitable for those with a latex allergy.

We certainly do! In fact Halto has now sold in more than 20 countries worldwide, and our reach is growing. We are happy to ship to most places, so please email to ask if you are unsure. If you live somewhere hot and sunny and have a spare room and a wine chiller, we may even hand-deliver it!

We currently send all Haltos via the standard UK mail, however if you would like a specific delivery method, we would be happy to quote for you. Delivery times can vary: anything from a couple of days (UK) to 3-4 weeks for Australia and more inaccessible locations. But by golly we try our best to get your Halto to you as quickly as we can!
